United Bank for Africa Plc (UBA) has approved its Group Audited Consolidated and Separate Financial Statements for the year ended December 31, 2025, alongside a final dividend payment, subject to regulatory approval.

In a corporate disclosure referencing its earlier announcement of January 2, 2026, the bank informed Nigerian Exchange Limited and the investing public that the decisions were taken at its Board meeting held on Thursday, February 19, 2026.

The disclosure was issued by Bili A. Odum, Group Company Secretary/Legal Counsel, on behalf of the Board.

According to the statement, the Board considered and approved the Group’s audited financial statements for the 2025 financial year, as well as the payment of a final dividend to shareholders.

However, both the financial statements and the proposed dividend remain subject to the approval of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN).

The bank assured the Exchange and investors that it would promptly notify the market upon receiving the CBN’s approval for the 2025 audited results.
