Access Holdings Plc has announced that its Board of Directors has approved the Group’s Audited Consolidated and Separate Financial Statements for the year ended December 31, 2025, alongside a proposed dividend payment, subject to regulatory clearance.GTCO, Zeneth bank, others dominate NGX as trillion-naira club
The decision was taken at the Board meeting held on Friday, February 20, 2026. The Company disclosed that the release of the approved financial results is pending the approval of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN).
The statement was signed by the Company Secretary, Sunday Ekwochi, under the Company’s Investors’ Relations communication.
According to the statement made available to the investing public and the Nigerian Exchange Limited, the announcement of the 2025 results will be made upon receipt of the CBN’s approval.
In line with the Exchange’s Listing Rules, Access Holdings confirmed that its closed period for securities transactions, which commenced on January 1, 2026, will remain in effect until 24 hours after the official release of the financial results.NGX Chairman advocates listing of state-owned firms to boost capital market liquidity
During the closed period, insiders and their connected persons are prohibited from directly or indirectly dealing in the Company’s securities.
