Galatasaray have reportedly ruled out the sale of Nigerian striker Victor Osimhen despite growing interest from European and Saudi clubs during the summer transfer window.
Osimhen has attracted reported interest from Premier League side Arsenal and Saudi Pro League club Al-Hilal, with both clubs monitoring the 27-year-old forward.
Al-Hilal are said to be considering Osimhen as part of their plans following reports that former Real Madrid striker Karim Benzema could leave the Saudi club.
Arsenal have also reportedly made enquiries about the Nigerian international, while discussions have allegedly taken place between the Gunners and Galatasaray over a possible transfer.
However, according to a report by Erdem Açıkgöz, cited by Habersarikirmizi, Galatasaray’s management has made its position clear regarding the striker.
“Our stance is clear; no matter what, we are not selling Osimhen,” the club was quoted as saying.
The reported stance represents a major setback for clubs hoping to secure Osimhen’s signature this summer.

Osimhen joined Galatasaray on a permanent transfer from Italian side Napoli last year after an impressive loan spell and quickly established himself as a key figure in the Turkish club’s attack.
The Nigerian forward played a significant role as Galatasaray secured the Turkish Super Lig title for a second consecutive season, further increasing his value and attracting interest from top clubs.
With Galatasaray now reportedly determined to retain their star striker, any potential move for Osimhen could depend on whether an interested club can convince the Turkish champions to reconsider their position.
