According to the disclosure, profit before tax rose significantly to N465.28 billion in 2025 from N99.63 billion in 2024.
Operating profit more than tripled to N504.55 billion, compared with N144.30 billion recorded in the previous year, despite higher operating expenses.
Revenue for the year surged to N1.179 trillion from N876.47 billion in 2024. Meanwhile, cost of sales declined slightly to N575.26 billion from N576.20 billion, driving gross profit up to N604.18 billion from N300.27 billion.
The company’s balance sheet also showed notable improvements. Total assets increased to N1.811 trillion in 2025 from N1.570 trillion in 2024, reflecting expansion in both current and non-current assets.

On the liabilities side, total liabilities declined to N1.030 trillion in 2025 from N1.182 trillion in 2024, largely due to a reduction in non-current liabilities, which fell to N405.24 billion from N607.25 billion.
However, current liabilities increased to N624.26 billion from N574.55 billion.
Equity strengthened substantially, rising to N782.14 billion in 2025 from N388.55 billion in 2024.
The improvement was supported by a sharp increase in retained earnings, which climbed to N571.55 billion from N175.70 billion.
Overall, the company’s 2025 financial performance reflects enhanced earnings capacity, improved cost management, and a reduced debt burden compared to the previous year.

An impressive operating result, generally. On my part, I will like to know what impact the exchange rate had on their performance and to what extent foreign exchange demand affects its operations.
Secondly, it might be necessary to indicate, two or three factors that pushed up their earnings, as well as, the role of logistics in this ‘beautiful’ report.
Thanks.
