A new digital marketplace, One Universe, has officially launched in Lagos, offering a platform designed to simplify how people find, hire and pay for trusted service providers.
The platform, now available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, aims to address the common challenge of locating reliable professionals by combining service discovery, communication and secure payments in one application.
According to the company, One Universe enables users to connect with verified professionals across a wide range of services, including beauty, lifestyle, technical, creative and professional support.
The app allows users to interact directly with service providers, agree on pricing and timelines, and complete payments securely within the platform, with funds held until services are delivered.
Developers of the platform said the system was built to promote trust, transparency and convenience in service transactions.
“One Universe was created to eliminate uncertainty in service transactions by ensuring protection for both buyers and service providers,” the company stated.
For professionals, the platform provides opportunities to showcase skills, build credibility through ratings and reviews, and access a broader customer base without traditional barriers.
The company also introduced a Recruiter Programme as part of its launch strategy, designed to reward users who invite others—particularly service seekers—to join the platform.
